Letter to tough and Bossy Managers ONLY

Dear Manager,
I hope you are doing well today!
I am just recommending you to treat your subordinates with respect and dignity because they are human not machines, and you know what? We care about machines to maintain their productivity! I want you to treat your subordinates well for some days and see the difference. I think that you used to be a subordinate before and you got upset if you were treated in a harsh manner by your manager, didn't you? So, why are you doing the same with your subordinates? Why do you scare them? Why do you restrict them? Why do you use punishment more than rewarding? Why do you shout at them for small mistakes as if they made a crime? Why don't you appreciate their input well? Why do you force them to do things out of their satisfaction and capacity?
Let me ask you this question; why don't you motivate your subordinates instead of punishing or treat them in a bad manner? Believe me, it will work better! Let me give you some examples;
Tough manner:
This is your task and it is urgent, you MUST finish it by today, the manager said.
Nice manner:
Would you please do this task? It is very important to finish it today and I know you are dedicated enough to have it done, I appreciate your hard work and let me know if you need any help.
Which is better? Huh?
I think if you use the second one, the subordinate will try his/her best of the best to finish it, and will say: (I'll do it right away)
Let’s have another example:
Do this task ASAP and do so and so and so, the manager said.
But, I suggest to do so and so and so, the subordinate said.
DO NOT DISCUSS, JUST SAY: YES, The manager said.
Oh my God!! Don't you know that employee involvement strategies lead the organization to succeed?
I am not a manager now, but I used to manage a team and they used to say this several times: (I will do this just for you) when I give them tough tasks.
It is better to involve your subordinates and to make them love you. Try to understand them. Try to figure out what things make them happy, motivated or upset. I hope you understand this and you listen to my advice, and I am sure your will find positive results!
Remember, you are a human and you are dealing with human as well!
Thank you so much for your time and let me end by this quote:
Management is nothing more than motivating other people.

Why do not people let it go!!

These days I have noticed that some friends are searching for tiny mistakes of their friends to get them into trouble. This is really painful. We forget that we are friends and we have to stand each other, not to fight and end our friendship. We have to understand the meaning of friendship carefully before we make friendship with others. If we do not understand our duties to our friends, it is better not to be friends with them. We have to forgive more, we have to let it go and we have to take care of our friends as we like them to take care of us!
